Episode 52 – I’ll Start Monday

This week we have a special guest on the show, Jessie Keller. We ask questions about her fitness quest to be a champion. So sit back and enjoy the episode. But before she joins us, we have the normal back and forth banter. Both Jesse and I are addicted. At least mine is good, as opposed to the mind numbing addition of candy crush… Jesse. Before we really get started I call out Jesse for establishing resolutions. If you are curious head over to Episode 30 While we are waiting for the connection we talk randomness, you’re welcome. 🙂 We finally fix the connection and Jessie joins us.

We talk to Jessie about who she is and why we have her on the show. She begins her fitness/sports career at the age of 9 with karate, where she gained her blackbelt at the age of 15. As she grows older, she transitions into other aspects of life beginning with the military where she currently works as a Military Working Dog Handler. As she explains, her training comes as a result of life, where she felt compelled to compete with others. Beginning in 2014 Jessie began her fitness lifestyle/journey with a fitness competition, where she has excelled ever since. We talk the down and dirty the sport that Jessie competes in. Jessie provides us some insight into her workout routine and eating habits. Jesse asks the all important question, Do people bother you at the gym? Then we discuss the real issue that effects most us of, dedication. Just step out and do it. Make a habit and stick to it. Success does not happen overnight, it takes work. After a great conversation, Jesse and I are motivated. Thanks for the conversation Jessie.

Episode 46 – There’s A Record Button?

Episode 46 opens with some small talk before we connect with Brennen our special guest. We move right in with some conversation about children and cell phones. Eventually we move to the week that way. The English Channel is cold! This gets us talking about sharks, @MaryLeeShark specifically. I briefly try my hand at a joke. FAIL. Jesse thinks he’s so smart with his riddle, but I solved it first try. We finally make it to Brennen. We some how transition to the new, where I learn that I can have “friends” with out having friends. We talk about Cinco De Mayo and why we think Americans like it so much. I go off on a connectivity rant.

Episode 44 – Special Delivery

Episode 44 opens with the introduction of my in studio guest, BuPhu. Jesse begins by telling us about is bee smashing event on the interstate. we move to spider videos, where I am challenged to fact check that humans eat one spider a year on average, fact check says your wrong. We divert the conversation to something hanging on the wall behind me. And discuss the values of a man cave. However, I don’t think we should settle for just a cave, we need the house! I show off my wax seal. We re-discuss the jeans/sweat pants from Episode 43 again. I guess I am the weird one. Jesse brings up phone upgrades and wonders when Apple decided to make a flat-screen. …We are interepted by a special delivery. Watch it here, Episode 44 Short Video We go back to iPhones. Timmy T is back in the NFL. I think he should be on the show, Jesse thinks otherwise. We finally make it to the news and this week we have a window washer story. Somehow we get on the topic of bashing Matty E’s car choices. Look we all make mistakes in life.

Episode 27 – We’ll (Wu Tang) Clan up.

Episode 27

We bust out in song, we shouldn’t. As we wait for Chris, who is not punctual, Siri tells me she’s my BFF. I mean I guess. As we are still waiting for Chris, Jesse starts to think he is a hoarder. I think he is just a packrat, but apparently they are synonyms. You win this round Jesse. Chris finally figures out what three minutes is and joins the show and with a quick introduction we are off. Jesse leads us off with his grocery store escapades. We move to Halloween, Jesse has a hard time scaring the “tough guys.” I talk about my Halloween evening, BUST. For those of you that dont believe me, here are the sunset times for London. I guess it is inevitable that i have a guess on from my past, that my past follows me. Oh the joy. Eventually Chris tells us about his week, we learn about his pure disregard for others privacy. Shame on you Chris. We get back to Halloween for Jesse’s sake, so we pitch some ideas. Who doesn’t love a good chainsaw action? We discuss those parents that coddle their kids, point is, don’t you’re making them soft! Chris randomly changes the topic to gas prices. As we move back to the Halloween topic, Jesse wonders if he is getting too old for festivities that it offers. Movember is officially here. Show us your staches, the best before and after will get something from Jesse’s house. Remember no cheating! Chris suggest that I auction off my art work and I make the mistake of showing everyone my tulip painting. Apparently I do not look how I sound, Thank you I think… I purpose that I could start an acting career, however that is shot down by all involved. I we belonged to a rap group our names would be X-pert Overlord, Gentlemen Criminal, and Crazy Prophet. Boo to all three. I am ganged up on, so I suggest that we have more people like me on the show, bad idea. #FAIL Jesse tries to describe extrovert MattyE. I dont see it, but it’s probably true. Eventually we make it around to the news. The topic of this week is about tattoos and professional jobs such as teachers, Charlett and Kevin. What do you guys think about this?
